Mr. Mackee France - Ag. Chairman
​
With over six years of experience as a member of the NASPA board of Directors, Mr. France holds a Diplome Superieur in teaching French from L’Universite de Besancon, France and has five years’ experience as a high school teacher. In 1991, he was employed at the renowned Four Seasons Resort Nevis where he has held positions which included Dining Room Assistant Manager, Grill Room Manager, Director of Restaurants and Assistant Food & Beverage Director. His present position is Director of Guest Experiences and in 2008 was awarded Manager of the at Nevis Tourism Awards.

Ms. Joanne Flemming - Board Secretary

Joanne Flemming joined the NASPA Board of Directors May 21st, 2018 and serves as one of the Boards Directors. She possesses a Bachelor of Law (Hons), a Legal Education Certificate and an associate degree in Business Studies and brings to the board creative and enthusiasm to facilitate the ports future endeavors.

Mr. Tesson Danet - Director of the Board

As a licensed Boat Master and a Marine Engineer, Mr. Danet brings to the NASPA board experience and knowledge in the port with a focus on Marine. He joined the NASPA board of directors May 21st 2018 and has served us as one of its Directors.

Emile L. Pemberton - Board Member
​
Over 20 years experience in the teaching profession. Spent 14 years at the Department of Fisheries (Department of Marine Resources) and developed and ran the first marine turtle conservation programme on Nevis. This was done with the preliminary monitoring in 2001 and 2002 and the formation of the Nevis Turtle Group in 2003. He has a B.A. in Geography and an MSc in Natural Resources Management from U.W.I. Mona and Cave Hill, respectively. He also completed a Marine Conservation course at Duke University, North Carolina, U.S.A. Further, he has been involved in the fishing industry for almost 50 years.

Warren Lincoln Liburd - Board Member
​
W. Lincoln Liburd joins the Board of Directors of the Nevis Air & Sea Port Authority after
working for more than 25 years in the Retail and Wholesale sectors in the Federation of St. Kitts
and Nevis. There he garnered a range of experiences. He became very familiar with the many
services afforded by these government entities.
Mr. Liburd also brings leadership capabilities to this position having served for many years on
the executive committee of Nevis Youth Council. He looks forward to continuing his efforts to
the growth and development of Nevis in this new role as a member of the Board of Directors.
