From May 12th to May 21st, the Security Staff at NASPA participated in the Basic 123 Training workshop hosted by NASPA. The training workshop was facilitated by Mr. Royston Griffin of the Civil Aviation Division (CAD). This comprehensive training provided the team with essential knowledge and practical skills designed to enhance their effectiveness and professionalism.

The workshop provided the security personnel with a comprehensive set of tools, techniques, and best practices designed to enhance their ability to safeguard the organization. The training ensured that each member of the team is well-prepared to handle a wide range of security challenges. These newly acquired skills will empower the staff to proactively address potential risks, respond swiftly and efficiently in high-pressure situations, and foster a sense of security and trust within the organization.

The training workshop concluded on Tuesday, May 20th, with a formal closing and awards ceremony. During the event, HR Manager Loretta France and General Manager Oral Brandy addressed the security staff, offering words of encouragement and support. Both leaders emphasized the importance of applying the knowledge and skills gained throughout the training to enhance their daily responsibilities and contribute meaningfully to the overall success of the organization
